About Me
My passion for digital art began at a young age. As a kid I would try to duplicate character sprites from my favorite NES games by photographing the screen, mapping each pixel's color and coordinates on a sheet of graph paper then entering them one by one in BASIC using my father's Apple IIGS. In middle school we had one computer stuck in the corner of the industrial arts room with a copy of Modelshop loaded onto it where I spent hours modeling pretty much anything that could be lathed. In the early 90's I came across The Mind's Eye video series, managed to get a hold of a copy of 3d Studio DOS and I've been hooked ever since.
I have been working as a 3d artist for twenty years in various areas of the industry including product rendering, video game, broadcast, promotional events, aerospace and medical animation. My duties have included 3d modeling, texturing, animation, lighting, interface design, and compositing.
Iām currently working as a Lead 3d Artist at Playstation, and have done extensive 3d work for Lockheed Martin on several high profile programs, as well as product rendering, box art and animation for Logitech.
